4. Where are you based and where do you ship?
We are based in Vapi, Gujarat, India and currently ship pan-India.

Each order may include basic care tips. Crystals can be refreshed using elements like smoke, moonlight, or soil. Please avoid water cleansing for soft stones like Selenite, Lepidolite, and Malachite.

No. All herbs and oils are sold as curios and are not intended for consumption. Please read product labels carefully before use.

Returns are accepted only in the case of wrong or damaged items. We require an unboxing video (from seal to product) as per our return policy for any claims.

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and images. We’ll be glad to assist based on the situation.

12. Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
