Return & Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy spans a duration of 5 days from the date of product delivery. If more than 5 days have elapsed since you received your purchased product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, and it should be in the original packaging. An unboxing video is mandatory to assess any damage or missing products for the purpose of a refund or replacement.

Certain categories of goods are exempt from being returned, including sale & special discounted items, essential oils, oil blends, mists, personal care items such as creams and oils, subscription & mystery boxes, and pre-order items. These items cannot be returned or refunded.

Sale items are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

For prepaid orders, a 2% amount of the total order value will be charged for cancellation before shipping. If the item is shipped and you wish to cancel, a charge of 2% of the total order value plus Rs. 150/- for shipping will be applied.

For COD (cash on delivery) orders, failure to accept the order will result in a ban from future purchases on our website.

Frequent returns and cancellations with prepaid orders may lead to a ban from future purchases, and customers are urged to read product descriptions and policies before ordering.

Once a return is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent to update you on the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.

Sale items:
Regular priced items may be refunded; however, sale items cannot be refunded.

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, they will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for returning items, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If we arrange the return pickup, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
