• The next day, give them another quick saltwater rinse and remove before sunrise.
• Pass them through incense smoke (Air), then near candle flame (Fire) without overheating.

We usually ship within 3 working days of receiving your order, In case if the product is out of stock or if there is any delay, we will notify you by mail.

We usually ship through air service and it generally get deliver within 4-5 working days post dispatch and in case the total weight of your order is on higher side we will ship by surface mode that will deliver it to you 6-7 workings days post dispatch,However please allow  7-10 days to arrive your order.

International Shipping

For International Shipments we usually Ship within 3-4 working days and if there is any delay in any case we will inform you via email.

Shipment normally takes 15-20 days to reach at your destination but please allow us 25 days atleast to deliver your order.

We understand that you can not smell the scented candles online and In case if you have ordered scented candles and in any case if you do not like the fragrance or product you may totally return it. Please Know the return will be only eligible for unused products and please make sure its in it original packaging before returning it.

Our return and refund policy spans a duration of 3 days from the date of product delivery. If more than 3 days have elapsed since you received your purchased product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, and it should be in the original packaging. An unboxing video is mandatory to assess any damage or missing products for the purpose of a refund or replacement.

Certain categories of goods are exempt from being returned, including sale & special discounted items, essential oils, oil blends, mists, personal care items such as creams and oils, subscription & mystery boxes, and pre-order items. These items cannot be returned or refunded.

Sale items are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds:
For prepaid orders, a 2% amount of the total order value will be charged for cancellation before shipping. If the item is shipped and you wish to cancel, a charge of 2% of the total order value plus Rs. 150/- for shipping will be applied.

For COD (cash on delivery) orders, failure to accept the order will result in a ban from future purchases on our website.

Frequent returns and cancellations with prepaid orders may lead to a ban from future purchases, and customers are urged to read product descriptions and policies before ordering.

Once a return is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent to update you on the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds:

Sale items:
Regular priced items may be refunded; however, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

Gifts:
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, they will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for returning items, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
