Domestic Shipping (Within India )
We usually ship within 3 working days of receiving your order, In case if the product is out of stock or if there is any delay, we will notify you by mail.
We usually ship through air service and it generally get deliver within 4-5 working days post dispatch and in case the total weight of your order is on higher side we will ship by surface mode that will deliver it to you 6-7 workings days post dispatch,However please allow 7-10 days to arrive your order.
International Shipping
For International Shipments we usually Ship within 3-4 working days and if there is any delay in any case we will inform you via email.
Shipment normally takes 15-20 days to reach at your destination but please allow us 25 days atleast to deliver your order.

Ritual Candles or any Customised Candles are made to Order by keeping their all spiritual properties in mind with Intent that can take up to 3-5 day to dispatch depending on the current sceneario so please be patient with your Order if you are placing or including any Ritual or customised Candle in Order
We understand that you can not smell the scented candles online and In case if you have ordered scented candles and in any case if you do not like the fragrance or product you may totally return it. Just contact us contact@thelilithstores.com with your Order number and we shall guide you from their for the return process.
Please Know the return will be only eligible for unused products and please make sure its in it original packaging before returning it.
You need to inform the courier agent or courier partner upon delivery if there is any damage done by courier service
