This oil should be kept away from direct sunlight, heat, and large fluctuations in temperature. We keep our avocado oil refrigerated until we're ready to mix it into one of our creations and we suggest you do the same. Kept refrigerated, your oil will last for at least a year after purchase. However, keep in mind that avocado oil will solidify in the refrigerator and will need to be warmed up for a few minutes to become pourable once again.
